Free Youth Fitness Curriculum for Educators

Operation FitKids™ Youth Fitness curriculum is provided at no cost to teachers as a public service of the American Council on Exercise.


The Operation FitKids™ Curriculum is designed for educators looking to integrate health and fitness into classroom learning. This seven-lesson module was developed to teach the extreme dangers of being overweight and the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.


Who will benefit from this curriculum?

  • 3rd graders
  • 4th graders
  • 5th graders

What will students learn?

Participants will gain more knowledge regarding ways to feel good in body and mind by learning the importance of being physically active and making healthy food choices. All lessons include exercise and nutrition concepts easily explained for ease of use for educators, fun and meaningful for students.


How do you gain access to the FREE OFK Curriculum?

  2. Click on "Download Course"
  3. Complete a short application form; hit submit
  4. Receive immediate access to all seven lessons. Download all the lessons at once or as you need them.
